My first flight on Ansett to the Gold Coast as a mystery flight sparked my passion for travel. At the time I was a Chef by trade and lived and worked overseas for 2.5years in the UK, America, Mexico and Australia. When I came home I needed to find a way to keep travelling and also work so thus was the birth of my travel career in 2005 and I have never stopped seeking adventures from all around the world since. My goal is to visit all 197 countries in the world and I am at 106 and counting.
