The Barossa is perhaps the most well known wine region in South Australia. Thanks to warm summers and mild winters, the area is famous for their reds and produces some truly unbeatable Cabernets and Shiraz’. Nestled in the heart of the Barossa is The Louise. Once the Peppers Hermitage, the property was taken over in 2005 and has since been completely reconceptualised. They now put a strong focus on their exceptional restaurant and carefully developed cellar to accompany their private hideaway accommodation.

Rate is based on a check-in date of 14 April 2025. The Louise has a minimum night stay of 2 nights. All rates are subject to availability at time of booking. Rates include full breakfast, pre-dinner drinks and canapés, gourmet dinner nightly in Appellation Restaurant and use of the lodge facilities. The Louise welcomes children ten years and over.
